Happy Energy Yoghurt | Super Food Academy

This recipe is centered on a self treatment ritual Shivani Gupta shared in our Superfood Strategies podcast display . She proposed this superfood packed yoghurt as an easy, quickly breakfast any mom can in good shape into the occupied mornings. Multiply all quantities and you have mouth watering, energy offering treats all day.

1 cup yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
SF 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
SF 1 Tbsp walnuts
SF 1 Tbsp blueberries
SF ½ tsp bee-pollen
